River Menu Pacuare I day

Breakfast: It is a buffet served at our Exploration Center in Siquirres.

• Fruits salad (Banana, watermelon, pineapple and papaya)
• Yogurt
• Granola
• Scrambled eggs
• Sausages
• Toast with butter, jelly, and cream cheese
• Coffee & tea
• Natural Orange Juice
• Milk

Lunch: It is a picnic buffet served at the finest beach on the river.

• Hot Flour Tortillas to prepare “wraps”
• Bread to prepare sandwiches
• Fresh green salad ( Lettuce, Heart of Palm, Tomatoes, Cucumber, Onion and red peppers)
• Jalapeños
• Fresh Monteverde Cheese
• Chicken and Cold Cuts
• Chips and Salsa
• Lemonade
• Fruits (watermelon, pineapple and papaya)
• River Cheese Cake (Cookies, cream cheese and guava jelly)
• Trail mix

River Menu Pacuare II Days

Three extra meals will be served at our Pacuare Tent Camp

Lunch:

• Seasoned Ground Beef
• Fresh green salad with lettuce, heart of palm, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, and red peppers.
